Last Friday was a hot one! On my schedule for Friday, another toddler. Now you may know or not know, toddler's like to let you know how they are feeling good or bad, ALL THE TIME. You can imagine that trying to find a location to photograph a spirited toddler in sweltering heat was going to be challenging. I like to make sure that my clients are comfortable so when the Mom suggested Meinig Park in Sandy, Oregon my reply was, "Yes!" ![]() The park was a perfect location for the hot day. It was several degrees cooler, shaded, and I'm pretty sure I remember a light breeze. We had a blast. We came, played with bubbles, danced, and there might have been a few songs. The photographs turned out beautifully! I have been having a ball going through them and editing. I am definitely adding this park to my list of favorites. Contact me soon to schedule your session. I am booked several weeks out.

I have noticed a trend with my clients. No one is printing their photos anymore. Everyone wants digital files. I keep hearing the same story, I got my photos done several years ago but I never got them printed. I have been searching for a way to solve this little problem. I am so excited to write my first blog post on my brand new website. Starting a photography business has been such a learning experience for me. I have been so lucky to have so many people behind the scenes helping me to achieve my goal. A special shout out needs to go to my husband, Lars, for all of his patience as I worked day and night trying to figure out how to create this website and he picked up the slack with the kids.
At any rate, I cannot wait to share this journey with you all. |
